The job

Two boilers, one header, plant room B.

A new flue system for the two boilers in plant room B at Matthew Arnold School in Oxford.

Each boiler has a Ø200 primary flue that rises to high level. The two primaries join a Ø250 twin wall insulated header, which runs on a strut frame to the chimney.

The work was planned from our survey with a CAD drawing and a method statement, and finished with a smoke test.
