Manufacturer's warranty on materials
We pass the manufacturer's warranty on the flue materials on to you, on their terms.

No inspection needed in year one
You don't need a Grün inspection in the first year to keep the warranty.

Register within 30 days
If the installation is not registered within 30 days of practical completion, the workmanship warranty does not apply.

Registration
Register the installation.
The client completes this, or passes it to the building owner or facilities manager to complete. Your Grün job number is on the handover pack and the certificate of conformity.

Who should register?
The client, or the building owner or facilities manager they pass it to. The registration names the building owner or facilities management company, with a contact name and email.
Can the warranty be extended?
Yes. An annual Grün service and inspection extends the workmanship warranty to 12 months from that service, up to 5 years from practical completion. Services are charged at our rates at the time.
What is not covered?
Misuse, neglect or lack of maintenance, damage by other trades, impact or outside events, and changes made by others without our agreement.
How do I report a problem?
Call 01395 201950 or email sales@gruneng.com with your Grün job number, what you have found and photos if you can.
