The job

Five boilers, two headers, one roof space.

We designed, supplied and installed two boiler flue systems at Rivers House in Bridgwater.

One system takes three boilers into a Ø250 header with about 13 metres of horizontal run. The other takes two boilers into a Ø200 header with about 11.5 metres of run.

Inside the building the flues are single wall stainless. Outside they change to twin wall insulated flue for the stacks, each about 3.5 metres tall. The headers are hung from strut and drop rods in the roof space, and an O&M pack was handed over at the end.
