The job
Rooftop plant room flues for a city hotel.
We designed, supplied and installed the flues in the rooftop plant room at the Maldron Hotel in Glasgow.
Two condensing boilers connect with Ø100 primaries into a Ø180 header. Two water heaters connect with Ø180 primaries into a larger Ø350 header.
Both systems are twin wall insulated, with short stacks of about 4 metres. The photo shows a header being tested before it was put into service.
