The job
Two flue headers for a farm plant room.
We designed, supplied and installed the boiler and water heater flues in a new plant room at Ledian Farm near Maidstone in 2021.
Three 320kW boilers connect into one shared header, and three 100kW water heaters connect into a second, smaller header. Each system rises about 10 metres.
The headers run at high level, hung from the soffit on drop rods and strut, and leave the room through a formed opening in the wall.
