The job

New boiler flues up an old school chimney.

We designed, supplied and installed new boiler flues at Millfield Primary School in Tamworth in September 2021.

Two condensing boilers in the basement plant room have 100mm single wall flues in 316 stainless steel. Each runs about 1.7 metres across from its boiler, then rises about 12 metres.

The flues go up through the old brick chimney and finish at mesh terminals on a new flashing plate on the chimney top.
