The job
CHP and water heater flues, 24 metres up.
We designed, supplied and installed the flues for a combined heat and power (CHP) unit and three water heaters at Hampton by Hilton in Aldgate, London.
Both systems run about 24 metres up the building in twin wall insulated flue rated for four hours in a fire. The water heaters share a header and the CHP has its own Ø100 flue.
The CHP flue was pressure tested at 3,000 Pa for 15 minutes and passed.
