The job

New seals for four boiler flue risers.

We took apart the four boiler flue systems in a residential block in Highgate and rebuilt them with new seals.

Thirteen boilers feed the four systems. Two risers are about 19 metres tall and two about 14.5 metres. The primary flue to each boiler was included, and the existing stabilisers were kept.

Each flue system was pressure tested and given its own test certificate.
