The job

A new header and liner for a Nottingham school.

We designed, supplied and installed a new boiler flue at a primary school in Nottingham, using the existing chimney.

Two 115kW condensing boilers rise on Ø100 primaries into a Ø130 twin wall insulated header. The header runs about 2 metres to a base elbow and drain inside the chimney opening.

From there a Ø130 stainless steel flexible liner rises about 6 metres up the chimney to the terminal.
